Which documents do I need to rent a car?
Guests visiting from outside the UAE need a passport, entry visa record, their home country driving licence and an International Driving Permit (IDP). UAE citizens and residents only need a UAE licence and Emirates ID.

What is the minimum rental period?
Our standard rental period is 1 day. Daily rates drop progressively for rentals of 7 days and over, and monthly rentals get our best available rate.

What is included in the price?
Insurance and a daily mileage allowance are included. Excess mileage, fuel and traffic fines are calculated separately on return. Details are listed under the "Conditions" tab on each vehicle page.

Do you take a deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit applies and its amount depends on the vehicle class. It is returned once the car is handed back without issues.

Can I pick the car up at the airport?
Yes. Delivery at Dubai International Airport is free of charge. Delivery to your hotel or any address you specify is also available.

How can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the rental starts are free of charge. For shorter notice, please contact us on WhatsApp.

Is a chauffeur service available?
Yes, we offer a professional chauffeur service for every car in our fleet. Just mention it when you send your request.

Is there an age limit?
The driver must be at least 25 years old and hold a driving licence for at least 3 years.
